Dickinson Police Arrest Man for Negligent Homicide

Dickinson police have arrested a man in connection with a November death. Tracy Freer was believed to have been run over by a vehicle in the parking lot of the Queen City Motel in the early morning hours of November 21.

Last night, Timothy Menges, 47, was arrested for negligent homicide. He was booked into the Southwest Multi-Correctional County Center. Police say parts of the investigation are still pending.
