School won`t be out for another four months or so, but Bismarck schools are already planning for next year. Today the district announced the names of new principals at several elementary schools. The registrar is taking appointments for kindergarten registration and transfer requests for those wishing to attend a different middle or high school.

"So the students that got a new school boundary based on where they live with the new schools were able to bring their transfer request forms which we will accept for secondary until February 25th and then after a 2 week process they will be notified if they`ve been approved or not," said BPS Central Registrar Linda Kunick.
