Tank Explodes | Video

We reported earlier Friday that an oil rig a few miles north of Williston exploded. However, we have now learned that it was not an oil rig. Instead, the Department of Emergency Services says workers were spraying a tank with insulation near an open flame, and the insulation ignited at around one o`clock this afternoon. Two people were taken to the hospital in Williston.
