Gas Prices Dip to $2.99 | Video

Drivers in Bismarck are paying a little less to fill their tanks. This morning, the price of blended gasoline dropped to $2.99 at a few stations on the southeast end of Bismarck. That`s the first time gas has dipped below three dollars in more than a year.

The price of diesel also fell below four dollars.

The national average for regular gas is $3.27 a gallon.
