Vibrant colors and frames border local art shop, Artmain since 1981. Over the past 30 years, Artmain has seen many different types of visual arts throughout their business.

"Our focus was on the art supplies and over the years it became on other things within our business," said co-owner Beth Kjelson.

While Artmain began as a custom gallery and framing shop they decided to add an extra artistic element into the mix. "We realized after several years struggling with the gallery portion of it that we needed to spread our wings and get a little deeper and that`s how we managed to go into the boutique end," said Kjelson.

That doesn`t mean they put the paint brushes down, you can see the reflection of art work within their boutique products.

"We try to work with woman`s apparel, jewelry, and unique gifts but it still has a little artistry lend to it a little bit."

This art shop, boutique and once gallery hopes to expand their palette by always changing with the times. In addition to the boutique clothing, Artmain offers custom framing along with an assortment of art supplies.
