Expansion Helping Minot Clinic Offer More Services | Video

With more people in Minot, there`s a greater need for doctors and physicians. And, one local clinic is rising to that challenge. St. Alexius Medical Clinic in Minot is finishing up an expansion and renovation project to its existing medical space.

The project includes hiring two female physicians, adding 10 exam rooms and offering more services, like dexa scan technology, which tests for osteoporosis and ultrasounds.

"Due to the increase in population growth in Minot, it was a demand driven to increase out providers and the size of our clinic," said Clinic Manager David Frantsvog.

St. Alexius Medical Clinic is open Monday-Friday. The new physicians are not accepting patients until September.
