Bismarck BBQ Boot Camp

The NDSU Extension Service will hold their BBQ Boot Camp on July 16. The event will take place at the Burleigh County 4-H Building from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. The camp will give people information on grilling, types of meats, food safety and types of marinades and rubs.

BBQ Boot camp costs $35 per person or $60 per couple. The fee includes a binder with information and recipes, a meat thermometer and a full meal. You must pre-register, which can be done at www.ndsu.edu/bbqbootcamp.
