An Oklahoma man faces murder, robbery, burglary and theft charges in the death of a Fargo dentist.
Michael Nakvinda appeared in court in Oklahoma City to say he would not fight extradition to North Dakota.
He`s charged in the death of Philip Gattuso, 49, who used to live in Oklahoma.
Court documents allege Nakvinda killed Gattuso with a hammer while trying to steal his Porsche and electronics equipment.
The car was found this morning at a storage facility in Oklahoma City.
Police say they have information that indicates Gattuso and Nakvinda knew each other.
Authorities say they do not think the suspect had any accomplices.
